Eights & Arrows Pathways CIC is committed to creating safe, welcoming and inclusive cue sports and darts opportunities for children, young people and adults at risk.

Our commitment
We believe everyone has the right to participate in a safe, respectful and inclusive environment. We will take reasonable steps to prevent harm, respond to concerns, support participants and work with appropriate agencies where needed.
What this means in practice
- clear safeguarding policies and reporting procedures;
- appropriate checks, training and supervision for people working with children, young people or adults at risk;
- risk assessments for sessions, venues, travel and events;
- inclusive planning for disabled participants and those with additional needs;
- clear codes of conduct for participants, coaches, volunteers, parents/carers and partners;
- confidential handling of concerns, with information shared only where necessary to protect people or meet legal obligations.
