International research programme

International Women in Cue Sports Survey 2026

Women aged 18 or over worldwide are invited to share their experiences of cue sports.

Why your response matters

Help shape practical action on equality, inclusion and opportunity.

Responses will help Eights and Arrows understand why women and girls start playing, what helps them continue, what prevents participation and progression, what competition opportunities they want and what practical programmes should be tested.

Findings will be anonymised and used to shape pilot programmes, partnerships, funding applications, the Eights and Arrows Live Impact Dashboard and the annual State of Women and Girls in Cue Sports report.

01

Participation

What helps women start playing and access suitable opportunities.

02

03

Progression

What support, competition and development opportunities women want.

Independent research

Constructive, evidence led and partnership focused

This programme is independent, constructive, evidence led and partnership focused. It is not intended to attack individual players, promoters, tours, governing bodies or organisations.

Eights and Arrows does not claim to have all the answers. We will listen, test practical solutions, measure what works and publish the evidence.
