Safeguarding is separate from ordinary feedback

The Centre may cover topics that can lead to disclosures about abuse, exploitation, eating concerns, self-harm, pregnancy loss, discrimination or inappropriate conduct. A general feedback form must not become an unmanaged safeguarding inbox.

Before any sensitive interactive tools are enabled

• The approved Safeguarding Lead and an alternative route must be visible.
• Staff handling forms must know how to recognise and route concerns.
• Under-18 forms must be age-appropriate and avoid unnecessary solicitation of highly sensitive detail.
• Confidentiality wording must be honest about safeguarding limits.

Current website alignment

The main site identifies Anna Goodwin as Safeguarding Lead and provides the current organisational safeguarding contact route. Any future interactive tool must use the same controlled safeguarding process.

First-release restriction

No story-submission, symptom-checking or sensitive youth feedback tool is included in Phase 1. Any future interactive tool involving sensitive information should have a defined safeguarding, privacy and operational process before they are enabled.
